Product Description

The Spagni Semi-Automatic Jugo Pneumatic Floor Corker is a professional-grade corking machine designed for fast, efficient bottling of both still and sparkling wines. Engineered in Italy, this floor-standing corker delivers the performance, reliability, and hygiene required for serious winemaking operations.
This semi-automatic model is activated by a simple pull-down motion on the stainless-steel arm, which engages a pneumatic cylinder to clamp the cork and insert it smoothly into the bottle. The result is a consistent, low-effort corking process that minimizes fatigue and increases bottling efficiency.
Capable of corking 300–400 bottles per hour, the Jugo corker is compatible with a variety of bottle shapes. The corker works with both champagne-style corks (30.5mm diameter, up to 48mm height) and still wine corks (24–28mm diameter, up to 50mm height), offering flexibility across multiple product lines.

Engineered to handle corks with diameters ranging from 31mm to 49mm (Champagne corks with flat or beveled ends), the Bamby TA also works with flat cylindrical corks up to 26mm in diameter and 50mm in height. The machine is compatible with bottles of various shapes up to 375mm tall and 115mm in diameter.
The corking process is simple and efficient: corks are manually placed into the cylindrical upper duct, with the beveled end facing up. A set of elastic compression jaws gently squeezes the cork and inserts it 24mm deep into the bottle neck, leaving the rest exposed—ideal for traditional Champagne-style presentation. The cork naturally re-expands to create a tight seal without damage.
