Product Description

Bottle-Matic 16” OS (Optical Sensing) is a Professional Grade, Heavy-Duty Labeling Machine includes NO-ADJUST Optical Sensors, eliminating the need to adjust and clean sensors! Great for labeling wine and spirits bottles, craft beer cans and other cylindrical items. Applies labels down to 1 mil thickness. Designed for cylinder-shaped objects from .5” – 8” in diameter and from 2” – 15” in container height (Please note: containers that are less than ¾” in diameter requires TALL roller blocks to accommodate your small diameter container). Operates at a speed of up to 1,200 labels per hour. Once object is inserted, the label is applied at over 4.5” per second. This allows the user to quickly remove the bottle and insert another to start the procedure again. Comes in either 10” or 16” width frame (16” can label large 3 Liter bottles). Will reduce bubbles. Includes Auto Waste Rewinder, Bottle-Detector and Bottle-Counter. Please note that Standard sensor is for opaque labels only. For transparent labels, an optional “black line” sensor is available on request. Special order lead time, no charge. Great for small-scale bottling.

[post_content] => Dispensamatic’s U-25 is a simple, heavy-duty, semi-automatic Electric Label Dispenser. It is designed for labels from 3/8” to 2 ½” widths to any length tall. This label dispenser advances at over 4″ per second and allows you to peel small labels with ease. Dispenser comes with “Photo Eye”, which tells the machine to stop dispensing when it senses the label. Perfect for small-scale bottling.

OPTION: Microswitch Sensor: Label will physically depress the lever on the sensor to tell it when to stop dispensing. This Microswitch Option is usually the first choice for people with clear labels.

* Side frames are made using the highest quality metals. They are then formed, countersunk, de-burred and inspected one at a time
