Auto-Max Automatic Cap Tightener is a High-Speed Chuck Capping Machine for Screw-On Caps is designed to tighten screw-on caps at rates of up to 105 caps per minute. Works with cap sizes from 10mm to 130mm and bottle widths from 0.5″ to 12″, making it ideal for manufacturers in food, beverage, cosmetic, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

Available with 1 to 4 capping heads, this Capper delivers exceptional torque consistency with externally adjustable torque dials for quick, repeatable setups. Its touchscreen control panel offers an intuitive interface that displays real-time production metrics, including the number of caps tightened and the current production rate.

Built with stainless steel and anodized aluminum, this machine offers superior corrosion resistance and long-term durability, even in demanding environments. This Capper supports a wide variety of cap types, including dropper caps, tamper-evident caps, yorker caps, chubby gorilla caps, unicorn caps, push-pull caps, sports caps, and more. Optional Oil-Free, Stainless-Steel, and Exhaust Capture Capping Heads are also available for specialized applications.
