The CCR Engineering Model C Corker is built with durable steel and aluminum for long-lasting performance. It adjusts to fit most bottles and T-corks, requiring only simple hand tools for modifications. Requiring no air supply and designed with a single ramp, it holds up to 25 corks for efficient operation. The corking process is effortlessly controlled by pulling the lever while securing the bottle against the v-stop. Engineered for ease of use, the Model C Corker ensures even the tightest corks are inserted smoothly and securely with minimal effort, making it an ideal solution for consistent and reliable bottling.

This semi-automatic model is activated by a simple pull-down motion on the stainless-steel arm, which engages a pneumatic cylinder to clamp the cork and insert it smoothly into the bottle. The result is a consistent, low-effort corking process that minimizes fatigue and increases bottling efficiency.
Capable of corking 300–400 bottles per hour, the Jugo corker is compatible with a variety of bottle shapes. The corker works with both champagne-style corks (30.5mm diameter, up to 48mm height) and still wine corks (24–28mm diameter, up to 50mm height), offering flexibility across multiple product lines.
