Product Description

CCR Model S Semi-Automatic, pneumatic bottle corking machine with convenient, high-capacity, front-loading ramp. Adjusts easily to accommodate most bottles and t-corks. Innovative T-Corking ramp holds up to 50 corks, which are inserted at the rate of approximately 1 per second, to keep pace with bottling. To activate the corking mechanism, simply push the bottle into the V-Stop and the cork is automatically inserted. If Bottle Adapter is needed, there is an additional charge of $85.00. Perfect for small-scale bottling.

Features:

  • Adjustable height ranges from 4″ (10.2 cm) to 19″ (48.3 cm) (taller heights possible on request)
  • Bottle diameter ranges from 2″ (5.1 cm) to 6″ (15.2 cm)
  • Requires an air supply of 90 psi @ 1 CFM (manufacturer recommends California Air Toole CAT-4610A Ultra Quiet Compressor)

It can be placed on a conveyor prior to the capping machine to sort and pre-place the caps onto the bottles before they move on to the Auto-Max or Relia-Cap to be tightened down. Machine sorts, feeds & applies up to 60 caps per minute. It includes an integrated Pick & Place Cap Applicator.
