Product Description
Dispensamatic Professional Grade, Desktop Semi-Automatic Label Applicator for Flat/Square Containers. Heavy Duty Labeler securely applies labels to flat sides of bottles/boxes. Comes with No-Adjust Optical Sensor and works with labels as small as 1mil in thickness. Can label between 800-1,200 items per hour.

[post_content] => Race Label‘s square label applicator is equipped with a patented spring plate attachment, which allows for the labeling of square, odd shaped and non-cylindrical bottles. Accepts most labels up to 6 ¾, depending on bottle shape. Anything taller than this requires the Wide Format Machine. It applies labels to straight as well as cylindrical objects, bottles, containers, jars, tins and tubs, including non-cylindrical shapes like ovals, squares, soft-squares, flasks and rectangles. No power is required on either machine. Great for small-scale bottling.
The approximate speed is 10-20 containers per minute for a single label (600-1200 per hour). The speed is dependent on operator expertise.
For a double label, the approximate speed is 6-8 containers per minute (front and back). This equals 360-480 containers per hours. Again, the speed is dependent upon operator expertise.
