Bottle-Matic 10” OS (Optical Sensing), Professional Grade, Heavy-Duty Labeling Machine includes NO-ADJUST Optical Sensors, eliminating the need to adjust and clean sensors! Great for labeling wine and spirits bottles, craft beer cans and other cylindrical items. Applies labels down to 1 mil thickness. Designed for cylinder-shaped objects from .5” – 6” in diameter up to 9” in container height (Please note: containers that are less than ¾” in diameter requires TALL roller blocks to accommodate your small diameter container). Operates at a speed of up to 1,200 labels per hour. Once object is inserted, the label is applied at over 4.5” per second. This allows the user to quickly remove the bottle and insert another to start the procedure again.

[post_content] => Race Label‘s square label applicator is equipped with a patented spring plate attachment, which allows for the labeling of square, odd shaped and non-cylindrical bottles. Accepts most labels up to 6 ¾, depending on bottle shape. Anything taller than this requires the Wide Format Machine. It applies labels to straight as well as cylindrical objects, bottles, containers, jars, tins and tubs, including non-cylindrical shapes like ovals, squares, soft-squares, flasks and rectangles. No power is required on either machine. Great for small-scale bottling.
The approximate speed is 10-20 containers per minute for a single label (600-1200 per hour). The speed is dependent on operator expertise.
For a double label, the approximate speed is 6-8 containers per minute (front and back). This equals 360-480 containers per hours. Again, the speed is dependent upon operator expertise.
What Is a Flat Surface Label Applicator?
A flat surface label applicator is a labeling machine designed to apply pressure-sensitive labels accurately and consistently to products with flat or non-cylindrical surfaces.
