The easy-to-use microswitch initiates a fast 1.8-second corking cycle per bottle, with an impressive output of up to 800 bottles per hour, depending on operator skill.

Unlike traditional machines with rotating tubes, the Mammut P utilizes a 650-cork hopper for smoother cork handling and more consistent performance. Its ergonomic design includes a trolley for easy mobility, allowing you to move the machine with ease across your production area. [post_content] => The Spagni Semi-Automatic Jugo Pneumatic Floor Corker is a professional-grade corking machine designed for fast, efficient bottling of both still and sparkling wines. Engineered in Italy, this floor-standing corker delivers the performance, reliability, and hygiene required for serious winemaking operations.
This semi-automatic model is activated by a simple pull-down motion on the stainless-steel arm, which engages a pneumatic cylinder to clamp the cork and insert it smoothly into the bottle. The result is a consistent, low-effort corking process that minimizes fatigue and increases bottling efficiency.
Capable of corking 300–400 bottles per hour, the Jugo corker is compatible with a variety of bottle shapes. The corker works with both champagne-style corks (30.5mm diameter, up to 48mm height) and still wine corks (24–28mm diameter, up to 50mm height), offering flexibility across multiple product lines.
