Product Description

Designed for speed, precision, and ease of use, the Kinex Capper Bench-Top De-capper is the ideal solution for loosening caps, including ROPP (Roll-On Pilfer Proof) caps, quickly and efficiently. This pneumatic, bench-top unit features a bottle-activated base, allowing hands-free operation that enhances productivity and reduces operator fatigue—perfect for labs, production facilities, and quality control departments.

Engineered for versatility, the de-capper accommodates containers up to 14 inches in height and is compatible with a wide range of cap sizes when paired with the appropriate chucks and liners (sold separately). An adjustable square bottle fixture can also be used for added stability when working with square or non-round bottles.

This machine requires compressed air for operation (air compressor not included) and is built with durable components to ensure long-lasting, low-maintenance performance. Please note that the tamper-evident band is not removed by this machine; it is designed solely for loosening and removing the sealed cap.
