Product Description

Kinex Bench-Top Pneumatic Bottle Capper is great for small-scale bottling lines.

Features:

  • Durable Construction: Made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum for long-lasting performance.
  • Cap Size Range: Tightens caps from 10mm to 130mm in diameter, eliminating hand capping strain.
  • Torque Accuracy: External torque adjustment dial (2-12 in. lbs.) for repeatable, precise tightening.
  • Automatic Shutoff: Stops immediately once the cap is fully tightened.
  • Reversible Function: Can also be used as a de-capper.
  • Air Requirements: 90-125 PSI @ 4.5 CFM.
  • Bottle Capacity: Accommodates bottles up to 11” in height.
  • Custom Options: Additional costs for Custom Chuck, Liners, Larger Motors, and Specific Gripping Bases.

Notes:

  • Efficiency: Rate is highly dependent on the operator and whether caps are pre-placed.
  • With Pre-placed Caps: Up to 20 caps/minute (1,200 caps/hour) with an efficient operator.
  • Without Pre-placed Caps: 10 to 15 caps/minute (600 to 900 caps/hour) depending on operator speed.
