Radiant Heat Tunnel is designed for shrink sleeve label and tamper evident band applications. It is intended for use with neck and tamper evident band shrink applications. Heat Tunnel utilizes two temperature controlled dual heat banks, which provide precise radiant heating for accurate shrink banding. External settings control the tunnel temperature to ensure proper heat distribution across the compact 23” tunnel chamber to ensure a high-quality finish.
Tunnel features a modular design constructed of stainless steel and can be easily mounted to an existing conveyor frame using standard tools. Specs are as follows:
