Product Description

The Spagni Bamby TA Corking Machine is a high-capacity, professional-grade corker designed for sparkling wine bottling using cylindrical Champagne corks and select still wine corks. Constructed from premium stainless steel with galvanized carbon steel internals, this machine ensures long-lasting performance.
Engineered to handle corks with diameters ranging from 31mm to 49mm (Champagne corks with flat or beveled ends), the Bamby TA also works with flat cylindrical corks up to 26mm in diameter and 50mm in height. The machine is compatible with bottles of various shapes up to 375mm tall and 115mm in diameter.
The corking process is simple and efficient: corks are manually placed into the cylindrical upper duct, with the beveled end facing up. A set of elastic compression jaws gently squeezes the cork and inserts it 24mm deep into the bottle neck, leaving the rest exposed—ideal for traditional Champagne-style presentation. The cork naturally re-expands to create a tight seal without damage.
Capable of corking approximately 700 bottles per hour, the Spagni Bamby TA is the perfect choice for medium to large-scale bottling lines seeking speed, precision, and durability.

This Automatic/Semi-Automatic wine corker machine features a vacuum (0 to 10 Hg) to remove air from bottles, reducing oxidation. A complete conveyor assembly is available upon request, converting the Semi-Automatic Wine Corker into a fully Automatic Corking Machine.

The Model W Wine Corker accommodates bottles up to 6 inches (152mm) in diameter and 16 inches (406mm) tall. Quick adjustments allow switching between 750ml and 1.5L bottles in under 10 minutes. Changing the Model W Wine Corker for different cork sizes takes approximately 20 minutes for seamless operation.
