Product Description

The Spagni Jugo Pneumatic Manual Floor Corker is a high-performance, floor-standing corking machine designed for efficient, precision corking of both still and sparkling wine bottles. Engineered for durability, this robust corker combines manual control with pneumatic functionality. By simply pulling down the stainless-steel operating arm, the machine activates the pneumatic jaws, securely clamps the cork, and inserts it smoothly into the bottle. This design offers the user both control and speed, minimizing operator fatigue and maximizing productivity.
Capable of corking up to 300–400 bottles per hour, this corker accommodates a variety of bottle shapes up to 370mm in height, with neck dimensions ranging from 17.5mm internal diameter to 30mm external diameter.

The corker is compatible with both champagne-style corks (30.5mm diameter, up to 48mm height) and still wine corks (29–40mm diameter, up to 50mm height), making it a versatile tool for diverse bottling needs.

This Automatic/Semi-Automatic wine corker machine features a vacuum (0 to 10 Hg) to remove air from bottles, reducing oxidation. It is designed for easy one-handed operation and conveyor compatibility. A complete conveyor assembly is available upon request, converting the Semi-Automatic Wine Corker into a fully Automatic Corking Machine.

The Model W Wine Corker accommodates bottles up to 6 inches (152mm) in diameter and 16 inches (406mm) tall. Quick adjustments allow switching between 750ml and 1.5L bottles in under 10 minutes. Changing the Model W Wine Corker for different cork sizes takes approximately 20 minutes for seamless operation.
