Product Description
Tardito Manual 4-Nozzle Rinsing and Sparging Station with Recycling System comes with 2 Nozzles for spraying a rinsing solution and 2 Nozzles for air. Machine includes a Recycling Pump and a Tank for using sanitizing or an alcohol-based solution.
This Re-Circulating Rinser can recycle liquids in addition to water (such as cleaning agents, spirits, wine, etc.). Machine is used for rinsing bottles when a solution of at least 50% alcohol + water is used with spirits/wine. Machine prevents the residual water from lowering the alcohol volume, particularly in small sized spirits bottles. The product used for the rinsing should be changed after about 8 working hours.
For sparging, the manufacturer suggests using nitrogen or accurately pre-filtered, compressed air due to the contact with product. Non-filtered air may leave traces of contamination elements (i.e., mechanic oil droplets…) inside of bottles.
OPERATION:
The operator positions containers, with mouth pointing downwards, onto the 2 Rinsing Nozzles on top plate of machine. The liquid is emitted by hand pressure, in order to clean out all residue. The spraying time depends on the time the pressure is maintained. The drain time is decided by the operator. The containers are then placed over the 2 Air Nozzles, again with mouth pointing downwards. The machine is equipped with recycling pump and tank for use with sanitizing or an alcohol-based solution.
