Tardito 4-Nozzle Manual Rinsing Station with Recycling System comes with 4 Water Nozzles. It is comprised of a Stainless-Steel Frame with Water Filter included (rated at .45 microns). Standard voltage 220V-1F-50Hz.
This Re-Circulating Rinser can recycle liquids in addition to water (such as cleaning agents, spirits, wine, etc.). Machine is used for rinsing bottles when a solution of at least 50% alcohol + water is used or with spirits/wine. Machine prevents the residual water from lowering the alcohol volume, particularly in small sized spirits bottles. The product used for the rinsing should be changed after about 8 working hours.
OPERATION:
The operator positions the containers, with the mouth pointing downwards, onto the 4 nozzles in the center of the worktable. The spray is emitted just by hand pressure, in order to clean out all residue. The spraying time depends on the time the pressure is maintained. The drain time is decided by the operator. The machine is equipped with a recycling pump and a tank to use a sanitizing or an alcohol-based solution.
