The Tardito Manual 4-Nozzle Rinsing Station with Recycling System is a reliable and efficient bottle rinsing solution designed for small to medium production environments. The unit is equipped with 4 nozzles dedicated to spraying a rinsing solution, ensuring thorough internal coverage and effective cleaning of each bottle. Its integrated recycling pump and solution tank allow operators to use sanitizing agents or alcohol-based solutions while minimizing waste. The closed-loop system continuously recirculates the rinsing liquid, reducing product loss and operating costs.

Unlike standard water rinsers, this re-circulating system is capable of recycling various liquids, including water, cleaning agents, spirits, wine, and other alcohol-based solutions. It is specifically designed for use with solutions containing at least 50% alcohol mixed with water, making it particularly suitable for spirits and wine applications. By rinsing with an alcohol-based solution rather than plain water, the machine helps prevent residual water from diluting the final product—an important advantage when working with small-format spirits bottles where even minimal dilution can impact alcohol content and product quality.

For optimal hygiene and performance, the rinsing solution should be replaced after approximately 8 working hours of operation.

[post_content] => Semi-Automatic Rinsing Machine with manual loading and unloading of the bottles, operating with water injection. Rinser is designed to rinse the inside of new bottles, before filling them, avoiding water drops on the bottles outside. The water is filtered using a 0.35 µm filtering cartridge, supplied with the machine.  Machine is supplied mounted on wheels with braking device. The model TP is totally built-in stainless steel AISI 304, or in other specifically material approved for this use. The production of the machine is adjustable through a potentiometer between 300 and 1,500 b/h.

WORKING CYCLE

The operator places by hand the bottle upside down in one of the 20 positions on the central plate of the machine. The plate is turning with step-by-step motion. One rinsing nozzle sprays the water inside the bottle, then the table goes on rotating so that the water drips down together with any part to be removed.

The water jet is operated by the bottle itself (no bottle – no spraying) and can be adjusted as needed according to different bottles specifications. The dripping time is about 15 sec., the time needed for the bottle to make a complete turn, before the operator can take it away.

  • Change Parts for additional round bottles are the cups for holding the bottles by the neck. Often, the same cups can be used for different bottles sizes, when the neck size is similar. Most standard bottles (750ml) can be accommodated with the same set of cups. Drawing/Specs can be emailed to us if needed so that we can estimate the number of additional cups which may be needed.

[post_content] => The Tardito Rotary Rinsing-Sterilizing Machine model TP/R, with manual loading and unloading of bottles, is designed to rinse new bottles, to clean the inside from powder and any small particles, prior to the filling operation. The machine can be used with a sterilizing product or an alcohol-based solution, with recycling after dripping. In the wine industry, it can be used with a solution of wine and SO2. The recycle tank and the pump are mounted on the machine side, to allow for an easy operation and washing. The working speed of the machine can be adjusted by a Potentiometer on the front panel, from 300 to 1,500 bottles per hour. The machine is mounted on wheels, with brake.
