Product Description
The Tardito Rtary Blowing Machine model TP20/S is designed to blow new bottles with filtered air, to clean the inside from powder and any small particle, prior to the filling operation. This Semi-Automatic Sparging Machine with manual loading and unloading of the bottles, operates with Air or Gas injection. Machine is supplied mounted on wheels with braking device. The model TP is totally built-in stainless steel AISI 304, or in other specifically material approved for this use.
Output up to 700 bph. Standard voltage 220V-1F-50Hz. $165 Extra charge to convert to 110V.
Manufacturer suggests using nitrogen or accurately pre-filtered, compressed air due to the contact with product. Non-filtered air may leave traces of contamination elements (i.e., mechanic oil droplets…) inside of bottles.
WORKING CYCLE
The operator places by hand the bottle upside down in one of the 20 positions on the central plate of the machine. The plate is turning with step-by-step motion.
