Tardito Semi-Automatic Rinsing Machine-Double Treatment with manual loading and unloading of bottles, operating with liquid  injection. Machine is designed to rinse inside of bottles before filling them, avoiding water drops on the outside of bottles. The first nozzles rinses with water. The second nozzles rinses with sterilizing solution (in recycling). The machine can also be designed with first nozzle used for rinsing, using a solution with recycling, and the second nozzle used for nitrogen/air sparging. Machine is built with AISI 304 Stainless-Steel. Includes the following:

Additional Change Parts for Bottles: Starting at $800.00*

• Change Parts for additional round bottles are the cups for holding the bottles by the neck. Often, the same cups can be used for different bottles sizes, when the neck size is similar. Most standard bottles (750ml) can be accommodated with the same set of cups. Drawing/Specs can be emailed to us if needed so that we can estimate the number of additional cups which may be needed.

*Machine includes a set (20 pcs) of bottle holding cups on the machine’s rotating plate. Additional cups can be ordered based on bottle changes.

WORKING CYCLE:

Operator places bottle upside down by hand in one of the 20 positions on the central plate of the machine. The plate is turning with step-by-step motion. One rinsing nozzle sprays water into the bottle. The table then rotates so that water drips down, along with any particles to be removed. The second position sprays a sterilized solution (in recycling). It can also be custom built to sparge instead of spraying the second liquid. The jet is operated by the bottle itself (no bottle – no spraying). It can be adjusted as needed according to different bottles specifications. Dripping time is approximately 10 seconds, which is the time needed for bottle to make a complete turn, where operator can remove it from machine.

The T-PD allows the operator to rinse with a sanitizing solution and then rinse again with water. This model is recommended for those customers who want to rinse with an acid-based solution and needs the second treatment with filtered water in order to remove the residuals of the sanitizing solution before the filling operation.
