WORKING CYCLE
The operator places by hand the bottle upside down in one of the 20 positions on the central plate of the machine. The plate is turning with step-by-step motion. One rinsing nozzle sprays the water inside the bottle, then the table goes on rotating so that the water drips down together with any part to be removed. The water jet is operated by the bottle itself (no bottle – no spraying) and can be adjusted as needed according to different bottles specifications. The dripping time is about 15 sec., the time needed for the bottle to make a complete turn, before the operator can take it away.TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Tardito 4-Nozzle Bottle Rinsing Station with Recycling System
The unit is equipped with 4 nozzles dedicated to spraying a rinsing solution, ensuring thorough internal coverage and effective cleaning of each bottle. Its integrated recycling pump and solution tank allow operators to use sanitizing agents or alcohol-based solutions while minimizing waste. The closed-loop system continuously recirculates the rinsing liquid, reducing product loss and operating costs.
Unlike standard water rinsers, this re-circulating system is capable of recycling various liquids, including water, cleaning agents, spirits, wine, and other alcohol-based solutions. It is specifically designed for use with solutions containing at least 50% alcohol mixed with water, making it particularly suitable for spirits and wine applications. By rinsing with an alcohol-based solution rather than plain water, the machine helps prevent residual water from diluting the final product—an important advantage when working with small-format spirits bottles where even minimal dilution can impact alcohol content and product quality.
For optimal hygiene and performance, the rinsing solution should be replaced after approximately 8 working hours of operation.
Standard voltage: 220V – 1 Phase – 50Hz.
This system provides an efficient, cost-effective, and product-safe rinsing solution for producers seeking improved sanitation without compromising alcohol integrity.

$2,790.00About Bottle Rinsers
Bottle rinsers play a critical role in preparing containers for filling by removing dust, debris, glass particles, and other contaminants that may have accumulated during manufacturing, storage, or transportation. Whether you’re bottling wine, beer, spirits, cider, or other beverages, properly rinsing bottles helps maintain product quality and supports a clean, efficient packaging process.
Modern bottle rinsers use a variety of cleaning methods to meet different production requirements. Water rinsing is ideal for removing loose particles and residue before filling, while sanitizing systems can introduce approved sanitizing solutions to help reduce microorganisms and prepare bottles for food and beverage applications. Many machines also feature air rinsing, which uses filtered compressed air or ionized air to remove dust and lightweight contaminants without introducing moisture, making it an excellent choice for operations where dry bottles are preferred.
To reduce water consumption and operating costs, many bottle rinsers incorporate water recycling systems that filter and recirculate rinse water while maintaining cleaning performance. These environmentally friendly systems help minimize waste, lower utility expenses, and support sustainable production practices without sacrificing efficiency.
Bottle rinsers are available in a wide range of configurations to accommodate virtually any production environment. Compact manual and semi-automatic units are ideal for small wineries, breweries, and craft beverage producers, while fully automated rinsing systems can achieve high production rates capable of processing hundreds or even thousands of bottles per hour. Selecting the right bottle rinser depends on your container size, production volume, bottling line configuration, and sanitation requirements. At CRU Systems, we offer reliable bottle rinsing equipment designed to integrate seamlessly into your production line while delivering consistent cleaning performance and helping ensure every bottle is ready for filling.

$2,790.00About Bottle Spargers
Bottle spargers are designed to improve beverage quality by reducing oxygen inside bottles immediately before filling. By replacing oxygen with an inert gas, sparging helps protect delicate flavors, aromas, and color while extending the freshness of bottled products. Bottle spargers are widely used in wineries, breweries, distilleries, and other beverage production facilities where maintaining product integrity is essential.
The most common method is nitrogen sparging, which injects food-grade nitrogen into each bottle before filling. Nitrogen displaces oxygen, creating an inert environment that helps minimize oxidation. This process is especially beneficial for wines, spirits, and other oxygen-sensitive beverages that require long-term stability and consistent quality. CO₂ sparging is another effective option, particularly for breweries and carbonated beverage producers. Carbon dioxide removes oxygen while helping maintain carbonation levels and preserving product characteristics throughout the bottling process.
One of the primary benefits of bottle sparging is oxygen reduction. Excess oxygen can lead to oxidation, causing off-flavors, discoloration, aroma loss, and reduced product quality. By significantly lowering dissolved and headspace oxygen levels before filling, spargers help ensure that beverages maintain their intended flavor profile from production through consumption.
Bottle sparging also plays an important role in product preservation by protecting beverages from premature aging and spoilage. This is especially valuable for premium wines, craft beers, ciders, distilled spirits, and specialty beverages where freshness and consistency directly impact customer satisfaction. By minimizing oxidation during the bottling process, sparging contributes to shelf-life improvement, allowing products to retain their taste, aroma, appearance, and overall quality for a longer period.
CRU Systems offers reliable bottle sparging equipment designed to integrate seamlessly into manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated bottling lines. Whether you require nitrogen or CO₂ sparging, our systems help improve product quality, reduce waste, and deliver consistent results while meeting the demands of modern beverage production.
Bottle Spargers FAQ
A bottle sparger is a machine that injects an inert gas, such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide (CO₂), into a bottle before filling to displace oxygen. This helps protect the product from oxidation and preserves its quality.
Bottle sparging reduces the amount of oxygen inside the bottle before filling. Lower oxygen levels help preserve flavor, aroma, color, and overall product quality while extending shelf life.
The two most common gases are food-grade nitrogen (N₂) and carbon dioxide (CO₂). The appropriate gas depends on the type of beverage being bottled and the desired production results.
Nitrogen sparging is commonly used for still beverages like wine and spirits because it creates an inert atmosphere without affecting the product. CO₂ sparging is often preferred for beer and carbonated beverages because it helps maintain carbonation while reducing oxygen.
Yes. Most bottle spargers are designed to integrate seamlessly with bottle rinsers, fillers, conveyors, cappers, and complete bottling systems to improve production efficiency.
The amount of oxygen reduction depends on the equipment, gas type, and production process. Properly configured bottle spargers can significantly reduce headspace oxygen and help minimize oxidation during filling.
Yes. By reducing oxygen exposure before filling, bottle sparging helps slow oxidation, preserving taste, aroma, color, and product stability for a longer shelf life.
No. While bottle sparging is widely used in the wine industry, it is also common in breweries, distilleries, cider production, bottled water facilities, juice processing, and other beverage manufacturing operations.
Routine maintenance typically includes inspecting gas lines and fittings, cleaning sparging nozzles, checking pressure regulators, verifying gas flow rates, and performing regular preventative maintenance according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Choosing the right bottle sparger depends on your beverage type, production volume, bottle sizes, preferred inert gas, bottling line configuration, and automation requirements. A properly matched system will maximize oxygen reduction while integrating efficiently into your production process.
