Product Description
Semi-Automatic, Bench-Top Six Bottle Wax Sealing Machine with Basin. Bottles are manually positioned. After the automatic rotation finishes the dipping process, the system will end in the horizontal position for draining. Suitable for bottles with external diameter up to 130mm. Touchscreen controls and pneumatic cooling included.
Rapid Cooling Fan Kits and Large Diameter Kits are available for bottles up to 6 liters. Two operators are recommended for this machine. Coats approximately 600 bottles per hour, dependent on operators, temperature, type and amount of wax. Great for small-scale bottling.
A Rolling Cart can be added for increased mobility for $1,190.00.
